Location: Davao City, Philippines 

During the events of Operation Speedwell several members of Filipino terror group, the MILF, were covertly recruited by Azearian state members in the region. 

The MILF operatives were recruited without the knowledge of their organisations command cells and as clean skins that would be able to move freely, globally, not appearing on any watchlists. 

During that operation UKSF and the FSR were able to engage the Azearian state fighters along with other members of the MILF into a sustained firefight disrupting supply lines and destroying multiple training camps. 

However, this created an opportunity for AS to get their new assets away from Mindanao completely under the radar of the UKSF and FSR teams in the region. 

The plan was to have them on a transport out the Philippines but due to the heavy fighting this was not possible, the clean skins were briefed to get away and go to ground awaiting further instructions. 

Now 4 months on and AS are confident they can get the assets out of country and into their operational phase. 

With transport arranged out of Davao City, a hot bed of MILF violence, AS are banking on the civil unrest to allow the MILF recruits  to move undetected and meet AS assets placed locally to provide documentation for travel. 

Senior AS leadership also want this to be a field test and have instructed the assets they must conduct an attack that will create the necessary distraction to allow for the extraction to go ahead; to do this they have been instructed  to make contact with AS training cells that have imbedded within Davao city assisting regular MILF militia forces in bomb making and advanced interrogation techniques that command and control feel will assist the new assets in their global operation.
